Created by Nopa Bar in San Fransisco. You need to shake the cocktail very hard, almost violently, to be sure that the egg white emulsifies.
- 56.69 g plum brandy (Slivovitz)
- 56.69 g apple juice
- 14.17 g lemon juice
- 14.17 g cherry flavored liqueur (Heering)
- 14.17 g egg white
- 0.25 ml Angostura bitters
- Fill a cocktail shaker two-thirds full of ice and add all of the ingredients.
- Shake very hard for 30 seconds and strain into a small wineglass.
