Created by Nopa Bar in San Fransisco. You need to shake the cocktail very hard, almost violently, to be sure that the egg white emulsifies.

  • 56.69 g plum brandy (Slivovitz)
  • 56.69 g apple juice
  • 14.17 g lemon juice
  • 14.17 g cherry flavored liqueur (Heering)
  • 14.17 g egg white
  • 0.25 ml Angostura bitters
  • ice

Directions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker two-thirds full of ice and add all of the ingredients.
  2. Shake very hard for 30 seconds and strain into a small wineglass.
