Make this the grand finale at your next Mexican fiesta! Timing doesn't include making the coffee.
- 3⁄4 ounce tequila
- 6 ounces hot coffee
- whipped cream
- 3⁄4 ounce raspberry liqueur
- Pour tequila into a heat proof mug; top with hot coffee& a dollop of whipped cream.
- Drizzle raspberry liqueur on top.
- Garnish with a chocolate dipped raspberry (optional).
