A salsa-type of dip. I hate hominy, but love this recipe.
- 1 (15 ounce) can hominy, drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
- 3 green onions, chopped, green too
- 1 (8 ounce) jarof your favorite salsa
- Mix all together.
- Serve with nacho chips.
