- 4 (7 ounce) sea bass fillets (about 7 ounces each)
- 4 ounces tequila
- 1 1⁄2 cups orange juice
- 8 dashes grenadine
- Prepare the marinade by combining the tequila, orange juice and grenadine.
- Marinate seabass filets for 2 hours.
- Grill over a hot flame 5 minutes on each side.
