• 35.43 g tequila
• 42.52 g coconut cream
• 21.26 g pineapple juice
• crushed ice

directions

1. Blend tequila, coconut cream and pineapple juice with crushed ice.
2. Serve in a sour glass or fluted wine glass.

What a lovely drink loof. I love tequila and this soft subtle cocktail is wonderful. Love the flavor of the coconut cream and pineapple juice blended with the tequila. I love coconut cream and after buying a flat of 24 cans at Costco I'm always on the lookout for another recipe to use it in. This one is delicious, a little lighter than a pina colada but just as tasty :)<br/>Made for ZWT 8 by one of The Wild Bunch
