This goes really well with falafel or it can be thinned with water to make a yummy salad dressing.
- 6 ounces fat free Greek yogurt
- 3 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
- Process all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
A very nice sauce that I used on top of falafel. I added a tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley. I found a blender was not needed. You can easily combine all the ingredients in a small bowl and serve -- eliminating the need to clean a blender.
It was OK, we liked it but it was not special. The taste of the yoghurt overpowered a bit. Still, I am glad I tried it. Oh, and it is very, very easy to make! Thanks for posting. Made for PAC, Autumn 2008.
