I love these! We also call these Walking Tacos. Vendors make them every year at our county fair and at our local Popcorn Festival we have annually. These events are where I first even tried these. They are so easy to make. My 3-year-old loves these...a lot less messy than your standard taco. We prefer using seasoned taco meat instead of chili. Very very tasty!
this is a really great idea, and I am going to pass it on to friends that run the tennis club here in town!!!last time they had a tournament the nacho's sold out, this is a wonderfull idea. I will make it too, and I promise to rate it :)
In our area we call these Walking Tacos. We make them for many of our sports and fundraising events at school. Pick up a bag of chips (individual bag), add your taco ingredients, a spoon and a napkin and send them on their way. Talk about almost no overhead. For our schools PTA Family Fun night this year, we cooked up 30 –35 pounds of hamburger and this provided enough tacos for 225 – 250 people that night.
