  1. Combine chicken, mayonnaise, green onions and celery.
  2. Stir in hot pepper rings, to taste.
  3. Divide mixture between tortillas, spread evenly.
  4. Line each tortilla with 4 cheese slices and lettuce.
  5. Roll up and slice.
