This always seems to be a hit during the holidays. If you don't have the time to bake your sweet potatoes, cube and boil them until tender.

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Combine potatoes, sugar, eggs, milk, salt and vanilla.
  3. Mix well and pour into a buttered 1 1/2 quart dish.
  4. Combine brown sugar, flour pecans and butter.
  5. Spread over sweet potatoes.
  6. Bake at for 30 to 40 minutes or until browned.
