  • In a mixing bowl, add flour, baking powder, salt, and soda; stir to mix.
  • Add in eggs, buttermilk, vanilla, lemon juice, oil, applesauce, and Splenda; mix well.
  • Pour batter by ¼ cup spoonfuls onto preheated skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook three minutes; flip.
  • Continue to cook additional two minutes.
