  • Combine all ingredients into a large bowl and mix well to combine flavors. Refrigerate to allow flavors to meld.
  • Eat as a stand alone salad or dip into it with tortilla chips! Also great used as salsa!
  • Very easy to leave out ingredients, or add your favorite flavors. I've made this without onion products with zero problems.

I love quick and easy, yet nutritious meals for my family. I have 4 children, 3 of which are teenagers or heading that way fast, so they are eating A LOT! It's been challenging but fun to find new, filling recipes that will appeal to all members of my family.
