  1. I've never measured the ingredients for this, feel free to adjust for personal taste in consistency.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a blender, food processor, or with a hand-held food mixer.
  3. You can use yogurt in place of the tofu, but the tofu is great protein in the morning, and you can't even taste it.
  4. Run marathon.
  5. Spring clean.
  6. Paint outside of house.
  7. You get it.
  8. Note for Vegan option do not use honey.
