Light and healthy with zero mess to clean up afterwards, this refreshing smoothie/slushie is the perfect snack for a hot summer's day. Measure everything using the yogurt container.
- 6 ounces nonfat yogurt (I used Dannon's Light & Fit Toasted Coconut Vanilla)
- 6 ounces calcium-enriched orange juice
- 12 ounces crushed ice
- Empty yogurt container into a blender.
- Use the empty container to measure the orange juice and ice, and add those to the blender.
- Blend and enjoy!
