ingredients
- 1 chicken, boiled & deboned
- 3 eggs, boiled & chopped
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1⁄2 cup butter, melted
directions
- Boil and debone chicken (TIP: I will do several chickens on a weekend and then freeze in ziploc bags labeled "1 Deboned Chicken". Great time saver).
- Place chicken into prepared 9 x 13 casserole dish.
- In bowl, combine broth, soup and eggs. (Any vegetable you want to add can be added here as well).
- Pour mixture over chicken.
- In bowl, combine flour, milk and butter.
- Pour over chicken/soup mixture.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350°. (this can also be frozen prior to cooking for later use).
