From the Food doctor Ian Marber. A low GI breakfast when served with two oakcakes topped with cottage cheese. I have stated this recipe serves two it actually serves two with a little left over for a morning snack.
- 4 apricots, halved and stoned
- 1 mango, in chunks
- 100 ml orange juice
- 200 ml carrot juice
- 2 tablespoons linseeds
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
