I have not tried this recipe. I got it from Everyday Health.
- 1 cup yogurt, plain
- 6 medium strawberries
- 1 cup pineapple, crushed (light syrup)
- 1 medium banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 4 ice cubes
- Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Serve in a frosted glass.
Another nice smoothie, Internetnut! I used frozen strawberries, chunked pineapple, and skipped the ice. Thanks for posting. Update: I made it with crushed pineapple and it is even better! Roxygirl
