To make this into a Slushy just freeze the nectar until it is almost firm and there you are a great Summer drink
- 1⁄2 cup chilled apricot nectar
- 1⁄2 cup plain yogurt (low fat works too)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Mix ingredients in a blender or whip by hand' Pour into a glass.
- Garnish with a sprig of mint if you wish.
