Minute tapioca recipe adapted to sugar free.
- In a saucepan mix tapioca, egg, splenda and milk. Let set 5 minutes.
- Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Take off heat and add vanilla.
Tasty tapioca pudding. I used 1/3 of the ingredients (but kept the whole egg and added Stevia instead of Splenda) and it yielded one serving. I ate this for breakfast and was quite happy. Thanks!
