ingredients
- 5 -6 large strawberries (I use frozen ones)
- 1⁄2 medium banana
- 1⁄4 cup plain fat-free yogurt
- 1⁄4 cup 2% low-fat milk
- 1⁄8 - 1⁄4 cup Splenda sugar substitute (depending on preferred sweetness)
- ice cube (if you don't use frozen Strawberries)
directions
- Hull and wash the Strawberries.
- Peel and slice the Banana.
- Put everything into the blender and blend on
- high speed until smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy!

5 stars isn't quite high enough, but it's the highest available. BF doesn't care much for fruit or dairy. So I thought I would try something like this to see if he would go for it. I ended up making another triple batch just for him! THANK YOU for helping me find a way to get him to get his dairy and fruit in. I used the ingredients just as listed (using frozen whole strawberries). Next time I may try frozen blueberries and some other types of fruit to see how they might work, too. THANK YOU!
