  1. Try adding a tablespoon of peanut butter. Adds another dimension of flavor and protein. I have one for breakfast or lunch every day.

  2. Have you tried Sweet Dairy Whey as a sweetener in smoothies? It's sugar-free and makes yummy smoothies.

  3. Where do you purchase Sweet Dairy Whey?

  4. Tastey & easy - thank you!

  5. 5 stars isn't quite high enough, but it's the highest available. BF doesn't care much for fruit or dairy. So I thought I would try something like this to see if he would go for it. I ended up making another triple batch just for him! THANK YOU for helping me find a way to get him to get his dairy and fruit in. I used the ingredients just as listed (using frozen whole strawberries). Next time I may try frozen blueberries and some other types of fruit to see how they might work, too. THANK YOU!
