I am a Diabetic so I have to come up with some creative ways to have new foods. This just sounded good one day so I threw it all in a blender. Hope you enjoy it!!!

  1. Hull and wash the Strawberries.
  2. Peel and slice the Banana.
  3. Put everything into the blender and blend on
  4. high speed until smooth.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy!

Try adding a tablespoon of peanut butter. Adds another dimension of flavor and protein. I have one for breakfast or lunch every day.

Have you tried Sweet Dairy Whey as a sweetener in smoothies? It's sugar-free and makes yummy smoothies.
