You can't go wrong sticking with the basics. Its just espresso over ice, with enough sweetened milk to mellow it out.
- 3 ounces espresso, 2 shots
- 2 tablespoons condensed milk, sweetened
- ice cube
- Add espresso and condensed milk to a cocktail shaker, with enough ice to fill it up.
- Shake the espresso mixture vigorously to make it frothy and serve.

Mmmmm! If you are a coffee lover this recipe is the perfect way to start a warm summer morning. Do not own a cocktail shaker as suggested in the recipe, so used a wide mouthed plastic quart jar which work out perfectly. Yummy, yummy. Thanks for the post.
