I found this is an old Betty Crocker "Party Foods" cookbook and thought they would be cool to fill with leftover turkey/chicken and gravy...add some veggies and they turn into something like pot pies!

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 425*.
  2. Toss all ingredient together until moistened and well combined.
  3. Press mixture into individual casserole dishes or greased jumbo muffin tins. (If you have any left over, you can always sprinkle on top.).
  4. Fill each with any heated leftover poultry and gravy (and veggies, etc.) you like.
  5. Bake for 5 minutes or until stuffing edge is light brown.
