Directions

  4. secure chicken with toothpicks.
  5. mix eggs and a little milk together.
  6. season flour to your taste.
  7. dredge chicken in egg mixture.
  8. dredge chicken in flour mixture.
  9. fry in oil until golden brown and chicken is thouroughly cooked.
