Strawberry Shortcake S'more

"Okay, this one is really different. I made it last night and it was divine!!! ******* As promised, here is a recipe from the S'mores-Gourmet Treats for EVERY Occasion by Lisa Adams. I highly recommend this book if you are a sweet/treat lover. All of the recipes look great and it has great party/serving ideas. The instructions given in the front of the book suggest all different ways from cooking the s'more; from campfire, to stove top, to microwave, to oven. I'll leave the cooking part to your discretion as everyone knows how to make a s'more (or at least I hope they do)."

• 2 strawberry shortcake cups (the yellow, sponge kind)
• 1⁄3 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
• 1 large marshmallows

directions

1. Fill one shortcake cup with sliced strawberries.
2. Roast the marshmallow.
3. Quickly assemble by topping the strawberries with the marshmallow and remaining shortcake cup, which you have inverted, so the cup side is down on top of the marshmallow. (I really think it would be better with 2 roasted marshmallows, but would be very messy.).
