YUM! I make this often after school and it's extremely refreshing. I've never added sugar but if you feel it fits your tastes, you may. The recipe is very flexible. You can add any frozen fruit - blueberries and peaches are very good.
- 1⁄2 cup strawberry, frozen
- 1 whole banana, cut into thick slices
- 1 cup soymilk (dairy milk will work fine)
- any frozen fruit
