ingredients
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt or 1 cup low-fat vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1 cup frozen strawberries, partially thawed
- 2 ripe medium bananas, peeled
directions
- Combine pineapple juice, yogurt, strawberries and bananas in blender container.
- Cover, blend until smooth.

This is healthy and yummy! I did it for 2 servings but drank it all to myself. My BF didn't want to taste it cause he knew there was yogurt in it LOL I used strawberry yogurt cause my son didn't eat it this morning so I didn't want to waste it. I'll do it soon again and I'll try different yogurt. Thanks Lainey :) Made for Zaar Star Game

I took some liberties with the ingredients, but used this recipe as the base for a smooth, but modified it a bit for my tastes and what I had on hand. I used strawberry-banana orange juice instead of the pineapple juice & banana, and added a few frozen blackberries to the strawberries. I like my smoothies very thick, about as thick as a shake, so I didn't thaw the fruit at all (but didn't need to add any ice either). I used the vanilla yogurt, and it made a great healthy smoothie.
