From a spa pamphlet I received recently.
- 1⁄4 cup dried basil (to regenerate mental powers)
- 1⁄4 cup dried eucalyptus (for treating lack of concentration)
- 1⁄4 cup dried peppermint (to alleviate mental fatigue and lack of concentration)
- Add all ingredients into running, warm bath water.
- Relax in bath for up to 20 minutes.
I had the basil frozen and the peppermint dried from my garden. The eucalyptus I ordered on line. I put it all into a cheescloth. I added some epsom salt to the bath water as well. Relaxing. Thanks for the excuse to take an enjoyable bath.
