Stimulating Basil, Eucalyptus & Peppermint Bath

I had the basil frozen and the peppermint dried from my garden. The eucalyptus I ordered on line. I put it all into a cheescloth. I added some epsom salt to the bath water as well. Relaxing. Thanks for the excuse to take an enjoyable bath.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 14 cup dried basil (to regenerate mental powers)
  • 14 cup dried eucalyptus (for treating lack of concentration)
  • 14 cup dried peppermint (to alleviate mental fatigue and lack of concentration)


  1. Add all ingredients into running, warm bath water.
  2. Relax in bath for up to 20 minutes.
