Made in just minutes, this versatile Stilton butter adds punch to steaks, poultry or grilled fish - it also keeps well in the freezer.


  1. Mash the butter, Stilton, parsley and garlic together with a fork until well combined; season to taste.
  2. Spoon the butter on to a small square of parchment paper and roll into a cylinder about 1 1/2in thick. Twist the ends to secure. Chill for at least 1 hour to firm up before using, or freeze.
