ingredients
- 59.14 ml olive oil
- 59.14 ml red wine vinegar
- 118.29 ml Worcestershire sauce
- 2-3 clove garlic, minced,to taste
directions
- Season steak with your favorite seasonings, combine above ingredients and pour over steak.
- Refrigerate 2 hours.

A very tasty marinade and so easy to put together. It created a nice glaze on the outside of the meat and gave it an attractive dark colour. I'm not sure it had much of a tenderising effect on the meat as mine was still a bit tough. On the other hand, that could have been the cut. It was labelled as 'frying steak' but perhaps I should have stuck to a more expensive cut like sirloin. I will try this again with different meat and let you know.
