I don't like hummus, but I used roasted pepper hummus on this sandwich and liked it anyway!
- 2 slices bread
- 2 tablespoons hummus
- 1 ounce alfalfa sprout, rinsed
- Toast bread slices in toaster or toaster oven.
- Spread 1 T hummus on each slice of bread.
- Put sprouts on one bread slice, top with the second slice, and enjoy!
This looks fantastic; what a great idea! Now I'll have to make tortillas to make hummous and sprout wraps. Thank you for posting!
