This is my first time soaking with epsom salts, and I now know what I've been missing out on! What a great soak--the scent of the tea tree really opens up your sinuses. I didn't have any splinters, so instead I used 2 cups of salt, and 10 drops of oil (to make it similar to your recipe for the sedative detox). I'll definitely be doing this regularly...thanks Rita!

I always use epsom salts to get the kids' splinters out (works great!) but hadn't thought about adding tea tree oil...great addition, thanks!
