Spinach filling for Ravioli

"One of my favorites-great with extra cheese."

• Ingredients: 8
• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
• 1⁄2 cup parmesan cheese
• 2 egg yolks
• 1 teaspoon butter
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon pepper
• 1⁄8 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional)
• pasta dough

directions

1. Mix together all ingredients well and stuff pasta.

good recipe....i did add some ricotta cheese to it....As i LOVE cheese!!! :)
