I love Mole Sauces, there are many types. This is a combo Mole, hot, sweet & savory.

Directions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients of sauce.
  2. Then add syrups and mix.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Remove any bone from steak.
  5. Pound steak on both sides with mallot.
  6. Cut across the grain, 1 1/2 inch long strips.
  7. Preheat oven 375*.
  8. Spray Pam on baking pan.
  9. Spread seasoning sauce on strips.
  10. Bake 20 minutes, turning once during baking.
