Spicy Honey Salad Dressing

"This dressing goes very well over a mediterranean salad of cos lettuce, sundried tomatoes and feta cheese. It will serve 4 for a main salad or 6 for an accompanying salad."

• Serves: 4-6

ingredients

• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 6 tablespoons white wine vinegar
• 6 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
• 1 red chili pepper, finely chopped (remove seeds if you don't want it too hot)
• 2 tablespoons clear honey

directions

1. Place the dressing ingredients in a screw topped jar and shake well to mix together.
2. Place your salad ingredients into a serving bowl and pour over the dressing just before serving.
