Spiced Baked Rhubarb

1 2qt baking dish
ingredients
- 4 cups rhubarb, cut in 1 inch pieces
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 inch cinnamon stick
- 4 whole cloves
directions
- Place rhubarb into a two quart baking dish.
- Sprinkle with sugar and add spices.
- Bake at 400 for 25 minutes, until tender, not mushy.
