Directions

  1. Heat oven to 450*F.
  2. Mix tomatoes, soup, beans, chicken, garlic powder, oregano, black pepper, and dried parsley flakes in ungreased 13x9x2-inch pan, or 2-quart casserole dish.
  3. Mix baking mix and milk together. Pour evenly over chicken mixture. Sprinkle with cheese and rest of seasonings.
  4. Bake 25 to 27 minutes, or until crust is light golden brown and cheese is melted.

I love these quick recipes which can be threw together in a small amount of time. DH grilled up several boneless chicken breast for use in this and another recipe and then all I had to do was dice it up, prep it and place it in the oven.
