Found on solae website. Best one yet. Actually tastes amazing!!!
- 3⁄4 cup crumbled firm silken tofu
- 2 tablespoons vanilla protein powder
- 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons canola oil (NOT OLIVE OIL tastes funny) or 2 teaspoons hazelnut oil (NOT OLIVE OIL tastes funny) or 2 teaspoons walnut oil (NOT OLIVE OIL tastes funny)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until the mixture is completely smooth creamy. I usually use a blender but a food processor actually worked better.
- Store the topping in a covered container in the refrigerator.
