  1. Boonyas mom, this is delicious. It comes out as a large tortilla--not sure if you meant it to be really, really thin, as I made mine... I ate straight, with a bowl of my diet veggie soup. Very filling. I think you can make small rounds and serve them with any kind of dip. Thanks so much for sharing.

  3. I just tried this as written. I LOVE it! I then made a sweet one (1 tsp. stevia, 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, 1/8 tsp. vanilla) and oh my goodness it is very good! I will continue to make these even when I am not in phase one!!!! Thanks for the share!!!

  4. Great recipe for SB dieters! This is similar to recipe #267501 but is a quicker version since it is zapped in the microwave for just a few minutes. I appreciated how fast it was when I discovered that I was out of the other crackers and we were dying for a SB friendly snack. I added about 2 tsps of parmesan and it was yummy. In my microwave, this took 2 min 25 sec and it did crisp up quite well. Thanks for posting this, I will make this many times.

I am a working mom with 2 kids (21 & 11).I am always looking for something quick & easy that uses fresh healthy ingredients. As a family we try and stay away from processed foods and anything containing high frutose corn syrup. <img src="http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b399/susied214/permanent%20collection/adoptedspring08.jpg">
