Oh yum DD (toddler) and I loved this!! This is a gorgeous creamy fattening drink. I used rice milk for the milk part only and vanilla paste which is perfect in this. I heated and stirred in a covered pot on the stove until all melted and mingled together, we could NOT wait longer. I garnished with canned whipped cream for the look and DD. I would make this again on a cold winters day/night. Made for Everyday's a Holiday March 2010.
