- 4 cups plain yogurt
- 1 banana, overripe
- 1⁄2-1 cup blueberries or 1⁄2-1 cup strawberries or 1⁄2-1 cup raspberries
- 3 tablespoons natural-style peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Place all the ingredients in the bowl of a food processor fitted with a steel blade and process until smooth.
- Pour into ice cube trays and place.
- in the freezer until solid, about one hour. Serve frozen.
