- 300 g smoked chicken, sliced
- 125 g kraft* brie cheese, cut into wedges
- 100 g mixed lettuce leaves
- 1⁄2 cup roasted cashew nuts
- 1⁄2 red capsicum, sliced
- 425 g mangoes in syrup, drained
- 1⁄4 cup kraft* classic mayonnaise
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- Combine all salad ingredients and arrange on a serving plate.
- Puree mango in a food processor. Add mayonnaise and milk and pulse until combined. Stir in mint and season to taste.
- Drizzle mango dressing over salad. Serve.
