- 28 ounces Simply Potatoes Rosemary & Garlic Red Potato Wedges
- 6 ounces asiago cheese
- 4 ounces butter
- 4 ounces cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons truffle oil
- Prepare potatoes according to package instructions. Smash or push through a ricer. Fold in each ingredient while potatoes are hot/warm. Serve warm and season to taste.
