ingredients
- 1 apple, cored
- 1 frozen banana
- 177.44 ml low-fat yogurt
- 118.29 ml frozen apple juice (I buy a bottle of apple juice and freeze 1/2 cup measures in little snap lock bags)
- sugar substitute, to taste (I use Splenda)
- 14.79 ml LSA (Linseeds, sunflower and almonds mix)
- 1.23 ml cinnamon
directions
- put roughly chopped apple, banana and yoghurt in blender. Whizz till fruit are well chopped. Add rest of ingreients and blend until smooth.
