This candy was soo easy and simple to make. DH liked the fudge frosting ones so much he asked me to try it with pecan caramel frosting. These were also good, but very rich. They took a little more powdered sugar to get to the right consistency for rolling into a ball. I also used white chocolate bark and milk chocolate bark and melted it in the microwave for dipping. I am taking these to sell at a craft fair tomorrow.

Hello from a very small (pop. 340) town in central Illinois! We are very fortunate to have a wonderful population of sweet little old ladies - many are immigrants from Italy, England, or Germany. I've collected much wisdom from these gals over my 37 years here and hope to share some of our recipes with you :)
