An easy and tasty way to make your ribs.
- 4 lbs country-style spareribs
- 2⁄3 cup white sauterne white wine
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 2⁄3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- Trim any excess fat from the ribs and arrange them in a single layer in a large,shallow pan.
- Combine wine, vinegar, brown sugarand soy sauce.
- Pour over the ribs once mixed.
- Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours or until done,basting occasionally.
