- oil (for cooking)
- 4 salmon fillets
- 1⁄4 cup honey
- 1⁄2 cup pecans (finely chopped)
directions
- Heat oven to 450. Place aluminun foil inside roasting pan, drizzle a small amount of oil on foil, put in oven to heat. Take pan out and place Salmon Fillets skin side down on foil, drizzle each one with honey (do not need to make them swim again) and sprinkle with pecans. Place in oven for 10 minutes.
