• Yields: 3/4 cup
• Serves: 6-8

ingredients

• 1⁄4 cup olive oil
• 1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
• 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
• 2 large garlic cloves, minced
• salt & freshly ground black pepper, to taste

directions

1. In a jar, mix all ingredients. Shake just before serving.
