This is something simple I came up with one day when I had a craving for leafy green veggies :) Really quick to make!
- Melt butter then sauté minced garlic.
- Drain collard greens, add to butter/garlic mix.
- Stir for about 5 minutes, then serve. (I like to pour the sauté over the greens.
