  • Pound 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts until 1/4 inch thick.
  • Season with pepper.
  • Top each piece with a slice of ham and a slice of muenster cheese.
  • wrap them in bundles with 2 strips of bacon for each breast.
  • Bake in shallow baking dish at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
  • Garnish with parsley.

  2. Really yummy! My husband loved it!!! I had to finish it off in the broiler to crisp up the bacon, which kind of dried out the chicken a bit. Next time I'll pre-cook the bacon a little to give it a head start and experiment with a more flavorful cheese - maybe a guyere or something along those lines.
     
  3. This was fantastic. I did a few different sized chicken breasts and the cheese seemed to have melted out of the smaller ones, but it was still really good. I cooked it for 45 minutes and then put it under the broiler for 4 minutes to crisp up the bacon. :)

  5. I made this for our sabbath meal, because I can just pop it in the oven on saturday and I dont have to "cook". everyone LOVED it, in fact I was ordered by my in laws to come back over and make in on monday!lol tastes great, looks great, and made me look like I knew what I was doing!
