ingredients
- 118.29 ml ricotta cheese
- 78.78 ml milk
- 29.58 ml chopped parsley
- 1.23 ml salt
- 0.25 ml pepper
- 29.58 ml grated parmesan cheese or 29.58 ml romano cheese
- 141.74 g hot cooked pasta (we like spaghetti)
directions
- In a small saucepan combine ricotta, milk, parsley, salt and pepper.
- Cook and stir about 3 minutes or until heated through.
- Toss ricotta mixture and parmesan with pasta until coated.
- Serve immediately.

Delicious! I prepared this just for myself, reducing the recipe by 1/2. It reduced nicely and was a special treat for me. I did use grated parmesan cheese, but I will try fresh next time as the other reviewer did. I believe the sauce would be creamier with fresh. I think it is good basic food, easy to prepare. However, I think you can add just about anything you would like such as some veggies or chicken and it would be great also. Thanks Charmie777!
