  1. This was a very easy, simpoe side dish. I served it with Ranch Chicken Thighs #42603 and salad. Thanks for posting!

  2. Quick, simple and yummy! I loved the creamy texture and mild flavor. I did add a pinch of garlic, but otherwise made this as written (using reduced-fat dairy products). I'm sure you could easily toss some broccoli in this for a nice meatless maindish or side dish. I'll use this recipe again. Thanx!

  3. Both my girls loved this. It was quick, simple and tasty. Thanks Charmie.

  4. Delicious! I prepared this just for myself, reducing the recipe by 1/2. It reduced nicely and was a special treat for me. I did use grated parmesan cheese, but I will try fresh next time as the other reviewer did. I believe the sauce would be creamier with fresh. I think it is good basic food, easy to prepare. However, I think you can add just about anything you would like such as some veggies or chicken and it would be great also. Thanks Charmie777!

  5. This is so simple and such a great side dish!! Used low-fat ricotta and milk and used some fresh parmesan. You really do have to eat it right away as it kind of sticks together after a while!! Thanks Charmie - this was great!
