Sesame Salmon Over Noodles

- 453.59 g salmon, cut ito 4 portions
- 78.78 ml light soy sauce
- 59.14 ml seasoned rice vinegar
- 29.58 ml lime juice
- 14.79 ml brown sugar
- 14.79 ml sesame oil
- 9.85 ml grated gingerroot
- 59.14 ml cilantro, chopped
- 14.79 ml toasted sesame seeds, divided use
- 170.09 g package chow mein noodles
- 5 green onions, chopped
directions
- rinse and pat fish dry.
- place in a nonmetallic container, set aside.
- combine soy sauce, vinegar, lime juice brown sugar, oil gingerroot, cilantro and 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds in a small bowl pour mixture over fish.
- marinate in refrigerator 1-2 hours.
- place fish and marinade in a med.
- nonstick skillet with a lid.
- cook fish over medium heat for 6-8 minutes or until fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork, flip once during cooking serve fish and sauce over noodles.
- sprinkle with green onions and remaining sesame seeds.

So delicious! A delicate balance between tangy and sweet! <br/>However, I took the lazy way out..or as I prefer to call it "energy efficient"..LOL! I didn't marinade the salmon, I just cooked it all up together. Added a bit more lime juice because we like limes. Didn't have cilantro (rats!) or sesames...so I can imagine the flavor would be even more wonderful with them! Will have to try again with all ingredients. <br/>Thanks Nanunanu! :)
